If you are a non European student, under 18 at the time of enrollment, you may be required by French consulates to provide a letter indicating the name of a legal guardian in France.

The Office of the Registrar can help for this matter. 

Please submit your request with the following information :

- your own full name

- your date and place of birth

- your ESSEC student code B00XXXXXX

- your father's full name

- your father's date and place of birth

- your father's address

- your father's ID Card number (if you give a passport number, please specify it)

- your mother's full name

- your mother's date and place of birth

- your mother's address

- your mother's ID Card number (if you give a passport number, please specify it)
