Social workers do not manage your Student Social File (DSE). For all questions regarding your DSE, please contact the follow-up service via the website www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr or call the Île-de-France platform at: 09 72 59 65 00 between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
The CROUS social worker receives students by appointment.
ESSEC is under the CROUS of Versailles. To make an appointment: messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr If the urgency of your situation justifies it, you can send an email, providing your last name, first name, and telephone number, to: service-social@crous-versailles.fr
