Late Payment / Paiement après échéance
This article does not apply to Global MBA students, who must pay by 21 July without exception.
Important: Students must regularly check their ESSEC Account Statement for due amounts and deadlines. Failure to pay by the due date may result in fines and sanctions as outlined in the Online Enrollment Agreement and financial rules. Students may not unilaterally change payment dates. Any changes must be approved in advance by the Registrar.
1. Request for Monthly Installments
- Submit a request by email to registraire@essec.edu.
- If approved, a €600 annual fee is required to set up the installment plan.
- The total tuition fee is divided into monthly payments, with the .
- Any further modifications to the plan will incur additional fees.
- Warning: to the next academic year.
- Recommendation: Consider student loans, especially for French residents ().
2. Request for 2-Time Payment
- If you did not select this option during online enrollment, submit a request to registraire@essec.edu.
- If approved, a €150 annual fee applies.
- Payment schedule:
- 50% due on 31 August
- 50% due on 31 January
- Warning: Late or missed payments may result in fines and sanctions.
3. Request for Postponement Due to Exceptional Hardship
- Requests to pay after the 31 August deadline must be documented and reviewed by the Registrar.

- Death certificate of a parent
