Mobility Program notification for exchange students with an EU residence permit

In case you will do an exchange at ESSEC and you have a student residence permit issued by a European member state, you can apply for the ‘notification of mobility’. On your residence permit, you should have the inscription "student-mobility program".

This notification will allow you to spend a period in another European country without asking for a visa.

To obtain the Mobility Program notification you will need to send us the following supporting documents: 

- Copy of your valid passport

- Copy of your residence permit from EU member state

- Proof of sufficient resources (in the student's name) for the mobility period (615€ per month)

- Proof of health insurance (EHIC card is sufficient)

- Letter from your school or university confirming that you will do an exchange at ESSEC (Erasmus attestation)

- Proof of acceptance from ESSEC

- Housing proof in France

Essec will take care of sending the application form (cerfa n ° 15972 * 01) and the supporting documents to the French administration. Everything must be transmitted at least two months before the start of the mobility in France.

Note that it is likely that you are not eligible for CAF housing subsidies in case you come to France with the notification.
