What is the Higher Education World Pass?

The World Higher Education Pass supports the individual mobility, whether compulsory or not, of young people under 30 years of age enrolled in a higher education course from the first year of study after the baccalaureate to the Master II, a business or engineering school diploma in an institution in France and with a tax household in Normandy. This financial aid from the Region of up to €1,440 is calculated according to the number of weeks of mobility.

 

Am I eligible for Pass Monde études supérieures if my tax household is outside Normandy?

No, Pass Monde études supérieures is only intended for students, apprentices or trainees in vocational training whose tax household is attached to Normandy (personal or parents').

 

My establishment is located outside Normandy, can I benefit from it?

Yes, provided that you have a tax household in Normandy (yours or your parents').

 

How do I apply as a student outside Normandy?

If I am attending school outside Normandy and my tax household is in Normandy, I can apply from my beneficiary area https://atouts.normandie.fr/Beneficiaires
