CROUS - ESSEC Foundation Scholarship Scale for New Entrants from 2020 to 2025

New measures concerning scholarships are being implemented for the 2025 period:

Step 1: You must submit your conditional notice on your intranet (under the "My Procedures" section). 

Step 2: You may deduct the amount of your scholarship entitlement from your annual payment. 

Step 3: Exceptionally, you have until December 31st to submit your final notice. 

Step 4: Your situation will be regularized within 3 to 4 weeks after depositing your final notice.

ATTENTION: [The following ONLY applies to French nationals or foreigners who are French fiscal residents ]

If you are a CROUS scholarship recipient enrolled in the Grande Ecole, Global BBA, Master in Finance, Master in Data Sciences&Business Analytics, or Bachelor ACT programs (the only programs eligible for State scholarships), you may be entitled to a reduction on your current year's tuition fees, depending on your CROUS scholarship tier.

This reduction comes from the generosity of Alumni (graduates) and friends of the ESSEC Foundation who wish to give the younger generations of ESSEC students the support they themselves may have benefited from when they were in your place.

* In the 1st year of entry, the amount of the reduction includes a contribution from ESSEC Alumni donors towards the membership fee.

To benefit from the potential reduction, you must imperatively prepare an electronic version of your CROUS notice:

1. Conditional first,

2. Final afterward to upload to your Registrar intranet - MyRegistrar - under the "My Procedures" section, accessible as soon as you have validated your online enrollment/re-enrollment at ESSEC.

The scholarship award notice must obligatorily:

• bear the name of one of the ESSEC Group Schools,

• concern the current academic year,

• be issued by the CROUS of Versailles to which the ESSEC Group Schools are attached.

The Registrar's office will review these files, verify the accuracy of the data, and proceed with the appropriate back-office operations.

Please note: the potential reduction is recorded as "final" only upon receipt of the final award notice addressed by the CROUS to the student. In other words, if you have only uploaded the conditional notice version, until you have provided the final award notice for the year concerned, this reduction from ESSEC will also remain conditional.

• Failing to provide the final notice before the October 15th deadline, you will remain liable for the full amount of your tuition fees for the year.

These back-office operations will be integrated into the IT systems so that the remaining amount to be paid is recalculated and displayed on the ESSEC account statement.

This declaration must be renewed for each academic year, given that your social situation may vary from one year to the next depending on the income of the fiscal household.

In the event of false or falsified information, the ESSEC Group reserves the right to cancel the reduction in question and apply potential sanctions.
