The first instalment of the scholarship (70% of the estimated total) will be paid within 30 calendar days after the uploading of your arrival certificate (if complete file)

END OF MOBILITY

Approx. 2/3 weeks

before your return

End of mobility procedure

To upload:

- attendance certificate

- proof of green transport

To be submitted online:

- participant report

No later than 30 days after end date

The balance of the grant will be paid within 45 calendar days after the uploading of your certificate of attendance and the submission of the participant report (+ green travel proof if applicable)
