Completing Your Registration as an Apprentice

The registration procedure and payment phase are separate. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Registration Procedure

• All students must complete the online registration form.
• Processing time:
  • ~10 minutes if you have electronic copies of your documents.
  • Up to 3 weeks if you’re waiting for documents (e.g., birth certificate). Note that some foreign nationals may face additional delays.

2. Payment Phase

• If you haven’t yet secured a host company: You must pay your tuition fees by the deadline.

• If your apprenticeship is already confirmed by your school (e.g., MSc in Hospitality, MS GAISC):

  • Your tuition fees will be waived.
  • You are only responsible for paying the contributions (dues).

Special Cases for Global BBA Students

• 3rd Year (January Start):
  • Pay tuition in August of the previous year.
  • If your apprenticeship is confirmed in January, you’ll be reimbursed for the tuition portion (registration fees are non-refundable).
• 4th Year and Semester 9 of the 5th Year:
  • No tuition or registration fees—only dues apply (as these terms are dedicated to completing your apprenticeship).
